Christopher J. Wnuk
EXPERIENCE
Chris Wnuk has represented companies and individuals in a variety of high-exposure wrongful death, personal injury and property damage matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
During most recent years, he has dedicated a significant portion of his practice to representing motor carriers and commercial drivers involved in tractor-trailer and other commercial vehicle accident litigation.
Since 2001, a substantial part of his practice has been focused on representing propane suppliers in claims resulting from explosions, fires and carbon monoxide exposures. He handles these matters from the point of directing early incident investigations in anticipation of potential claims, through all aspects of litigation and trial. He also consults with propane suppliers and industry associations about employee training issues and customer safety procedures, and has consulted with industry product manufacturers about product warnings.
Additionally, Mr. Wnuk has years of experience defending auto manufacturers in product liability lawsuits, as well as manufacturers of other products in the industrial and home products industries.
