Theodore A. Kardis
EXPERIENCE
Tad Kardis has represented corporate and individual clients in catastrophic personal injury, property damage, and products liability cases in a number of jurisdictions. Since 2002, a significant part of his practice has been devoted to defending propane gas companies in fire and explosion cases and vehicular accidents, including directing the investigation of these incidents in anticipation of litigation. Mr. Kardis has also defended petroleum products pipeline and communications companies from claims arising out of their ownership and operation of pipeline corridors, including complex class action litigation. He has both litigated and advised clients concerning environmental compliance and enforcement actions, as well as insurance coverage and bad faith matters.PRACTICE EMPHASIS
