John G. Hansen
EXPERIENCE
John Hansen provides effective and cost-efficient representation to a variety of product suppliers and manufacturers in catastrophic personal injury and property damage cases. Mr. Hansen has developed a specific expertise in the defense of litigation involving gas fires and explosions and carbon monoxide poisonings. He has experience defending companies at all levels of distribution including retailers, wholesalers, shippers, suppliers and pipeline companies. Mr. Hansen also regularly consults with companies, trade associations and insurance carriers on safety, warning and training issues.In addition to his gas litigation experience, Mr. Hansen has defended a variety of other matters in both state and federal courts including commercial disputes, construction defect claims, products liability lawsuits, trucking and other vehicular accident claims and employment claims. Mr. Hansen has also defended various insurance coverage disputes as well as bad faith and vexatious refusal claims.
