Jennifer A. Cheek
EXPERIENCEJennifer A. Cheek joined the firm as an associate in August 2007. She received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude from University of Louisville in 2007 with a concentration in litigation and insurance. Ms. Cheek is a 2004 graduate of Baylor University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Jennifer has represented many companies and individuals in a broad range of civil litigation matters involving personal injury and property damage claims and lawsuits throughout the United States. She has significant experience in litigation involving product liability defense, propane products and equipment, natural gas, construction equipment and insurance defense. Additionally, she has experience with commercial litigation and appellate practice.
Ms. Cheek is admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri, the Federal District Court of Kansas, and the Federal District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Ms. Cheek is a member of the American Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, and Kansas Bar Association. Her current practice involves complex litigation and insurance defense.
