EXPERIENCE
Chris Wnuk has represented companies and individuals in a variety of high-exposure wrongful death, personal injury and property damage matters throughout the United States. Since 2001, he has developed a specialty in defending propane and natural gas companies in cases involving gas fires and explosions, and carbon monoxide exposures, including early investigation of accidents in anticipation of potential claims. His service to those clients has included evaluating their safety policies and customer safety information programs. Mr. Wnuk also has defended international manufacturers in product liability lawsuits involving products from the automotive, industrial and home products industries. Additionally, he has experience with heavy commercial truck and auto negligence, asbestos, general negligence and environmental contamination matters.
