EXPERIENCE
Mike Schaefer’s practice is concentrated in litigation. While he represents clients in a range of matters, Mike focuses on defending clients in products liability matters and commercial disputes. He has significant experience in litigation involving propane products and equipment, natural gas products, food products, and real estate services. Other areas of representation include tort and personal injury, class action defense, secured transaction issues, Packers and Stockyards Act, and general commercial litigation.
