Our firm was founded with and maintains a goal of providing big-firm quality litigation services in a cost-effective manner by taking advantage of the latest technology and controlling overhead costs.
Our attorneys have experience in a wide variety of civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, employment, environmental, commercial, contract, fraud, lender liability, trusts and fiduciaries, real estate, condemnation, insurance coverage, administrative law, injunctions and appeals. Our firm has also been consulted regarding proposed legislation and regulations, including issues affecting the gas industry.
The primary services offered by our firm are in the defense, evaluation and resolution of lawsuits and claims. Schlee Huber McMullen & Krause, P.C. is a trial firm, and our attorneys are experienced trial lawyers. Our attorneys have tried cases in a number of states, including Missouri, Kansas, Alabama, Colorado, Texas, Florida, Louisiana, California, Michigan, Georgia, Indiana and Oklahoma, and have been lead attorneys in litigation in more than 40 states. Our attorneys are usually retained as lead defense counsel, and we are comfortable handling matters in all parts of the country. Over the years, we have developed a strong network of local counsel in virtually every state.
In addition to our litigation services, our attorneys consult with clients on a number of other matters designed to prevent incidents that could lead to litigation. We work with our clients on their customer warning programs and materials; on employee training materials and issues; on product recall and technical bulletins and on regulatory issues in order to enhance safety measures and reduce the likelihood of an incident that could lead to litigation.
